Welcome to the Mycoplasma Bioinformatics Resource Center. The Center provides a relational database that supports data storage of Mycoplasma genomic sequences, and annotation and analysis of Mycoplasma genes; web-based data mining and sequence analysis tools; and software for analysis of complete genomes.

The Mycoplasma Bioinformatics Resource Center was created by the UAB Molecular and Genetic Bioinformatics Facility under the direction of Dr. Elliot Lefkowitz.
